NSCA Co-op & Tutorials
2025-26 Academic School Year
Classes are open to both NSCA students and other cover school students
Classes/Schedules are subject to change based on interest –
minimum of 5 students is required to create a class

Application submission opens 16 March and closes 31 July 2025
1. Submit your class request
Once we are certain the class(es) your family requested have enough students AND your
family is approved to participate in co-op classes you will receive an email notification with
details about next steps for registration and the MANDATORY Co-op Parent Meeting and
Required Materials List for each class
2. Upon approval, payment of Facility Fee reserves your seat(s)
NSCA Cover School Families – $150 Facility Fee
Other Cover School Families – $250 Facility Fee
3. Attend MANDATORY Parent Meeting and pay S1 Student Fees & Supply/Lab Fees
Student Fees are $25 per student, each semester
Supply/Lab Fees are per semester, as specified by class requirements (art, sciences,
drama…)
4. Class Fees MUST be paid by the first day of classes each semester
Fees are paid per semester directly to individual teachers
***Enrollment in NSCA Co-op is a year-long academic & financial commitment***
First Semester 5 August – 20 November 2025
Second Semester 6 January – 14 May 2026
Spring Break 23-27 March 2026
MATH CLASSES REQUIRE EITHER A PREVIOUS CLASS WITH ONE OF OUR TEACHERS OR A PLACEMENT TEST
**HS Classes ONLY** S1 Review will be required for students in cover schools other than NSCA
Students must have consistent attendance (max. 2 unexcused absences/semester) and academic progress (70 semester average) for all classes
Students that do not meet these requirements will not be allowed to return for S2
ACCESS Classes through Troy University are available to NSCA cover school students
